Health Update

On the last post I talked about how Kimberly was having to take breathing treatments. The good news is that they really did help her breath better. Also, they were easy to give to her because she would fall asleep during most of them. However, after a week of giving her treatments she was still really congested and coughing. Therefore, I called Dr. Katzenmeyer back, and she placed Kimberly on an antibiotic. Great news: It cleared up her congestion for the first time since January!

Another doctor's visit :(

This past week we had to bring Kimberly back to see Dr. Katzenmeyer. The previous weekend Kimberly had some nasal congestion, but it got pretty bad Tuesday night. Also, on Tuesday Kimberly started coughing and it was worse by Wednesday morning. In fact, it seemed like she was having difficulty breathing, which scared me to death. Even though I have asthma and know what it is like, I found that it is totally different when it is your daughter having trouble breathing.
