Baptism

Last Sunday, January 18th, Kimberly was baptized at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in St. Francisville by Father Charlie. Her godparents are my little brother Danny (Paran Danny) and best friend Gretchen (Nanny). Kimberly looked very cute in her baptismal gown and bonnet (pictures coming soon). However, she did not like having water poured on her head. In fact, Kimberly screamed her little head off.

Daycare :(

Kimberly started daycare full time on January 5th. Needless to say Kimberly took the news better then I did. I was a basket case the first day she was there full time. I seriously had to stop myself from calling and checking on her every hour. Kimberly was a good sport and adjusted quite well to her new "school". I on the other hand, went to visit her two or three times the first week she was there. Not to mention I also called to see how she was doing. To prove that Kimberly likes it at...

But she doesn't yet like movies about Gladiators. At least I assume she doesn't - she hasn't told me otherwise.

She is growing in leaps and bounds though - we haven't weighed her in a month, but she's about to make the jump to size 2 diapers. Its strange to look at pictures from only a month or two ago - she is so tiny in them compared to now. Her upper body control is getting very good as well. With a little help, she's able to sit up "on her own" for a little bit of time. ...
