Snow. In Baton Rouge.

Today we woke up to a very unusual occurance in south Louisiana - snow.

(Our northern friends may begin chuckling at our amazement with the frozen precipitation now)

It started sometime around 5am, and continued at full force until about 8am, when it turned into a mix of snow and sleet. Kimberly didn't seem to care about the snow when we took her out for a picture - the fact that she was in mid-nap mode probably didn't help that. I turned on the Christmas lights...

She's been shot!

Well, sort of. Today Kimberly turned 2 months old, and that means only one thing: Doctor Visit! And what an important visit it is - Her first round of vaccinations began today. As you can imagine, she did not enjoy the experience all that much. She got over fairly quickly though, and I was able to get her sleeping not long after. She continues to grow - she's weighing in at 11 pounds, 3 ounces now - Up from a shade under 10 pounds a few weeks ago.
